Gula Java

Virtually the only Fletcher engines to be seen in Java are their air compressors. This one is a remarkable survivor because it is at Sragi, a mill which was modernised in the 1970s and contains no other active steam powered equipment. It must be possible that this was brought in from a closed mill when a newer electrically powered compressor failed. (RD)
